Hello all,
new user here tryihg to figure out the best way to solve an issue.

I want to create a form that a user would enter a name and email address then use radio buttons to select links to populate an email sent to the person's email that was entered

On a base level, it looks like this:

When submit is entered, I want it to sent a form email to the person whose email was entered along with links and verbiage related to the radio buttons selected.

What are some suggestions to acheive this?

Can I use a FP form and substuitue a variable for the email in Form Properties?

Create a field for the email and pass the variable into the "to" part of the email code.
